Hi, My Name is Dr. Tracy Clark and I am the Founder/Owner of the BalanceBat.Academy and the designer of the Balance Bat and Snapper.

Currently, I am a business owner, athletic performance researcher and instructor, and a middle school computer science teacher. As a former baseball player and now performance researcher, I continue to look for performance solutions that evolve from complex movement patterns. My alphabet soup includes advanced studies in business, education, and cognition.

My current interest in understanding how to develop youth athletes have taken me down the roads of Mass Specific Force development and BioTenserigty. Over the years, I have coached and worked with all levels of baseball players from little league to MLB and every player I work with has the same focused goal. They want to improve their current skills.

What I have noticed is many players and parents do not understand that the first task in improving current skills begins with learning how to train. This is not a new concept but is powerful.

This course will offer the learner the needed concepts, approaches, skills, and tools necessary to develop and become their best trainer.
